Attorney Fees
Stephanie N. Dailey will provide a fee quote to all potential clients at their initial consultations. Some cases are quoted on a flat rate fee basis, some on a retainer basis and some clients will receive both a flat rate and retainer quote. Dailey Law Offices makes every effort to work with qualified clients on payment plans.
Flat Rate Fee Services
Dissolutions
- dissolution without minor children is $1,100.00 and includes the $175.00 filing fee.
- dissolution with minor children is $1,400.00 and includes the $175 filing fee.
Bankruptcies
- Fees for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy are $900.00.
- Fees for a Chapter 13 bankruptcy are $3,000.00. A down payment of $1,600.00 is required and the remainder of the fees shall be paid through the plan.
Estate Planning Packages
- Fees for an estate planning package for an individual are $400.00.
- Fees for an estate planning package for a couple are $600.00.
